The Senior Program Manager of Operational Automation will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of enterprise-wide automation initiatives across managed care functional areas supported by the PHSO. This strategic role serves as a critical bridge between operations, IT, and business transformation, accelerating performance through technology-enabled process redesign.
Provides leadership, expert guidance, and oversight for PAS Trainees, Specialists, and Resource Specialists. Responsible for directing and coordinating the daily functions and duties of the front office, patient/clinician flow, compliance with regulatory requirements, ensuring education and training is up to date, and HR management.
The Manager, Network Strategy and Contracting will report to the Director of Provider Contracting and oversee negotiation of physician and ancillary provider agreements. Responsibilities include implementation of all contracts, support of administration in evaluating contract terms, and organizing contract information. They will supervise the direct contracting team and ensure timely information is provided to stakeholders.
